Service Portal : No navigation or progress is displayed while file being uploaded on the ticket conversations widget. Issue  Symptoms No navigation or progress is displayed while file being uploaded on the ticket conversations widget.

Release All versions

Cause This is an expected behavior on portal where no progress bar is displayed while attaching. The only visual indication is that there is a loadingIndicator which is the three dots (...) on the header.

This might not be visible on your instance because of the your custom CSS's header is white in color and is hiding this indicator.

Resolution Use the following CSS in your theme to get the loading indicator displayed on the white background.Additional Information
