"What kind of HR Document template would you like to create?" shows 3 available choices instead of 2 after an instance upgrade Description Three options choices show available for "What kind of HR Document template would you like to create?" in the HR module after an instance upgrade.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade an instance that has the plugin HR Core Scoped Application already activated to Madrid.

2. Go to Document Templates.

3. Click the New button. Observe 3 choices to pick from, instead of 2 as in Kingston.

Workaround This is expected behavior and by design. As a workaround, update the interceptor and its answer records:

Navigate to Interceptor. Open the interceptor record for HR Document Templates. In the 'Answers' related list, remove or deactivate the erroneous record.
