Identifying and resolving data collection errors related to Benchmarks Issue  Description Benchmark daily data collections can error or provide warnings based on the amount of data that is being collected for an indicator source. It is important that these errors and warnings are detected and resolved as soon as possible to avoid benchmark data from being missed.

Checking Benchmark Data Collections The jobs can be checked in the following way

Navigate to Performance Analytics > Data Collector > Job Logs Filter the list where Job contains 'Benchmark' Review the State of your past collections and check whether it is showing 'Collected' or 'Collected with errors' If errors are detected open the job_log record and check for the error description. Fixing the Data Collection errors Error text : Fetched too many rows from indicator source [Indicator Name]. Allowed 50,000 Fetched 84,232.

Resolution: The following property needs to have the value increased to a number greater than the fetched total.

com.snc.pa.dc.max_row_count_indicator_source

For the error in this example (Allowed 50,000 Fetched 84,232) amending the property value to 100,000 would allow the collection to complete fully. Always remember to set the value to a total that allows for an increase in the number of collections. For example, setting the property value to 85,000 would resolve the issue for this collection but may error again within a week or two.
