Missing section tabs in the form view

Business Impact not saving to Incident when either proposing or promoting major incident

Release All releases

Cause This is due to a broken Form Section associated with the Form

Resolution Go to System UI > Forms Filter the table and the View that is having the issue and open this record Check the Form Sections if any of the Sections are missing a Sys UI section field. This can cause the form section to render incorrectly. Change the position of the broken Form Section so that it will render last OR populate the field with the correct Sys UI section Clear cache
