Incorrect Knowledge Article version of Japanese article is visible when viewed from latest English Knowledge Article version

Reproduced Issue with below steps

1. Open Knowledge Article - KB0011912
2. Click on View Article
3. Click on Language and select Japanese

ACTUAL RESULT - Old version of the Japanese article is visible

EXPECTED RESULT - Correct Version of the article should be visible

Cause

UI Macro - "kb_languages_new_ui" calls below Script include

Script include - KBViewModelSNC 
Function - getLanguagesToDisplay 

Below code is returning incorrect article. 

articles.orderBy('parent'); 
articles.orderBy('language'); 
articles.orderByDesc('sys_created_on'); 
articles.query(); 

Resolution

Set Parent Value of Knowledge Article to Latest version of English Knowlede Article in all Japanese articles version.
