Portal page blank on load with console error: [$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module sn.$sp Issue  Service Portal on load is blank page with the console error as below

Uncaught Error: [$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module sn.$sp due to: Error: [$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module oc.lazyLoad due to: Error: [$injector:nomod] Module XXXX is not available! You either misspelled the module name or forgot to load it

where XXXX is the module name maybe different on each case, for example module name is: ngMaterial.

Release All

Cause Service Portal dependency module has setup with "Include on page load" checked.

Resolution Uncheck the "Include on page load" checkbox on the affected dependency module record by the following steps: Navigate to sp_dependency.list, search 'Angular module name' where was mentioned on the error. For example: ngMaterial Clicking the record, uncheck the "Include on page load" checkbox Save
