"Enter date in format MMM-DD-YYYY HH:mm:ss z" message on Service Portal Issue  Symptoms When admin user set time format as "HH:mm:ss z" on instance level via system property "glide.sys.time_format", the date time validation on the Service Portal fails with catalog item as shown in the below screenshot although the entered date is adhering to the format as set in system property "glide.sys.time_format".

Due to this user is unable to submit the catalog page on the Service Portal.

Release Any supported release.

Cause As per the " Global date and time field format " documentation, time format should be set to "HH:mm:ss".

Resolution Set the system property "glide.sys.time_format" to "HH:mm:ss" instead of "HH:mm:ss z".
