Unable to change the label of a table Issue  Symptoms Unable to change the label of a table

Cause There is no sys_documentation record of the field 'label' for the table.

Please follow below steps to reproduce the issue.

Navigate to System Definition -> Tables Click New to create a new table for e.g. 'Test' Provide mandatory fields like 'Label', 'Name' etc and submit the form. Navigate to System Definition -> Language File (sys_documentation.list) Select the table name 'Test' Observe that there will be a sys_documentation record for the table label field. Screenshot below

7. Delete that record.

8. Now try to update the label of the table 'TEST' to something like 'TEST123'.

9. The label won't be updated and will revert back to 'TEST'

Resolution Navigate to System Definition -> Language File (sys_documentation.list) Click New and create a new sys_documentation record for the table which has an issue. Provide Table, Label, and Plural fields and Submit the form. Screenshot below

4. Navigate to System Definition -> Tables

5. Search the table name and try to update the label of that table.

6. The label of the table will be updated successfully
