How to clear/remove already published versions of an application from the application repositoryDescriptionClear/remove already published versions of an application from the application repository CauseWhen users navigate to the System Applications -> Applications and choose current application in development, they get a new window. Within that window there is "Related links" part as shown below: Related Links - Manage Developers - Publish to My Application Repository - Publish to ServiceNow Store - Publish to Update Set... - Grant app administration to all admins - Enable Session Debug They use this option "Publish to My Application Repository" to publish applications which is in development so that they could install it from any other instance in their account and in that way simulate the installation from ServiceNow Store. This functionality works perfectly, however every time when they make some changes in order to publish new version to the My Application Repository, they have to increment the application version (for example from 1.0.8 -> 1.0.9), and with that process they can easily get to some high version number which they do not want to do. They want to know is there some mechanism to remove already published versions so that they do not have to increment the version of the application every time we want to test new changes We can update the below information: Versions needs to be incremented because other instances has to know that there is a higher version to install. There is no way of removing/clearing versions. ResolutionUnfortunately this is not in the scope of Technical Support at the moment. The best way forward is to ask customer to get in touch with the Store team by sending an email to technology.partners@servicenow.com
