Prior to discovering, it's important to ensure that certain requirements are met. The Load Balancer management IP address should have access from MID serverMake sure SSH or SNMP port listening on Management IP address in the Load BalancerConfigure Load Balancer credential in the credential table of ServiceNow instance.
