Unable to see CI IPs in related list


Customer create new record for ip address under related list -> "CI IPs" tab for CI (ie: Storage server). After record save, no record display under "CI IPs" tab

Customer modified field "install_status" dictionary.

No default value was configured. Out of the box, the default value set to 1


For records in "cmdb_ci_ip_address" that link to CI, make sure the status (install_status) field is not empty (None).

For long term solution, "install_status" field should revert to out of the box with default value set to 1

Additional Information

Manually create new IP address will need to specify network adapter. After select the NIC, it will populate CI.
