The inline Document Viewer plugin only works for PDF documentsDescriptionThe Document Viewer only enables to view inline PDF type documents. Other type of documents, like MS Word or Excel, are not getting opened in the Document Viewer, but can only be downloaded.Steps to Reproduce 1. Follow the steps mentioned in the documentation page below to enable the document viewer for the incident table: https://docs.servicenow.com/csh?topicname=view-attachment-doc-viewer.html&version=latest2. Add and populate the following properties:- com.snc.documentviewer.support_content_typesapplication/pdf,application/msword,application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedoc,application/vnd.ms-excel,application/vnd.ms-powerpoint- com.snc.documentviewer.supported_file_extentionsxlsx,pptx,docx,pdf,csv,txt3. Try to open in Document Viewer a file attachment of the above mentioned supported types. Notice you are only able to open a PDF document. The other documents can only be downloaded.WorkaroundAfter carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases.
