Procedure When viewing the Approval form, you may notice a section at the bottom labeled "Summary of item being approved." This section displays information from the document being approved. To better understand which information is being used, consider the following: The information comes from the 'approval' view of the target document. For example, if you're approving a [change_request] record, the information shown in the summarizer should match the same as when viewing the CHG's 'approval' form view. (see screenshot for reference)Therefore, if you'd like to adjust the information in the summarizer, you should only need to update the 'approval' view of the target document record. Additional Information This is controlled by some Approval Summarizer UI Macros, like 'approval_summarizer_default.' You can see the 'approval' value being set to the 'sysparm_view' within the script of this Macro.
