How to set a default theme to be used for all users in an instance Issue Setting the same theme for all users in an instance.

Resolution Go to the 'Filter' menu located in the top left corner of the screen, enter 'sys_user_preference.list Click on New Name: 'glide.css.theme.ui16' System: true Leave User field blank Type: String Value: [the sys_id of the theme you want to set] Submit Now all the users in the instance will have the same theme

Related Links This change will not be applicable to users who explicitly set a particular theme.

you can check that in 'sys_user_preference' table for the name 'glide.css.theme.ui16'

'Value' column defines the sys_id of the theme
