Anchor Links Performing unexpectedly in KB articles - Doesn't redirect to the extreme TOP of the page Issue  The anchor tag consists of two HTML elements:

An anchor tag - The anchor should be placed at the beginning of the line where you want to start reading after you jump. When an anchor tag is placed at the TOP of the source code of the HTML editor for KB article, the anchor link doesn't redirect to the extreme top

Resolution Remove the from the top of source code section.
