Knowledge article's attachment is not getting added to HR caseDescription 1. We have reproduced this Issue with below steps. - Open HR Case- Click on Knowledge Result- You will see list of matching knowledge articles- Click on Attach button for article which has attachment.- Once you attach this Knowledge article and save the record this article content get pasted in comments Requirement - You need attachments from knowledge article to be attached in HR CaseCauseExpected Behavior. Resolution1. This feature is not available currently so you cannot add attachments. 2. We have changed this behavior in London release where we attach the link to Knowledge article in HR Case Comment.3. This link open Knowledge Article itself which show attachments. 4. Please upgrade to London release to get this feature
