Cause This is generally a related to a configuration and scoped records. A configuration example which may produce the above error will be as follows:

You have text search table records (ts_tables) that are configured with scoped user groups (i.e HR/CMS). Then in the conditional filter of the text search table record, you have a condition such as:

"Language" contains "javascript:getCMSLanguage();"

Resolution Modify the javascript tag so that your script include can be read correctly:

"Language" contains "javascript:global.getCMSLanguage();"

Note the added "global" to the javascript tag.
