Knowledge articles returned as result of Contextual Search do not show attachmentsIssue Attachments are not visible when any knowledge article is returned as the search result of Contextual Search. This happens for the record producers on both the service portal and native UI, whereas on the kb_knowledge table for the same entry had the attachment visible.CauseThis happens due to the use of the macro named 'cxs_rp_search'. This macro by default does not allow the display of attachment.ResolutionIf you have a knowledge article with attachment, open the record producer 'Create Incident', and in the description section, type the keywords of the article. the article can be seen in the results, but the attachment will not be visible. If attachments needed to be seen in the contextual search results, then the checkbox for 'Display attachments' needs to be checked for each of the Knowledge articles.
