This user on login, sees domain A and B in the list of Domain Picker but on clicking Reset Domain button it shows global and all the other domains in the list

Reason Though a user should not be able to see other domains when domain visibility is provided only to specific domain, this behavior is different for admin users.

The "Reset domain" button, is supposed to send the user back to their own domain, only if the user is a non-admin user. However, if it is an user with "admin" role, the "Reset domain" button will send the user back to global.

Also, as an admin, the user will have access to all domains by default.

The users sees only 2 domains in the beginning because, when he logs in, he is logging into his own domain, from there, only two domains are visible. Clicking on "Reset domain" button sends him to "global" domain from where all the domains are visible.
