Percent complete does not roll up to the Parent project when a child task is set as a Milestone - Known Error

Percent complete does not roll up to the Parent project when a child task is set as a Milestone Description After a child task is set as a Milestone, the Percent complete won't roll up to the Parent project.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a New Project. 2. Save. 3. Create a New Project Task. 4. Check the box "Milestone". 5. Save. 6. Close Complete the child task. Notice the percent of the child task does not roll up to the paren project.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
