Order guide name is not translated for non-English languages in service portal Issue  Symptoms An order guide name is not translated for non-English languages when it's accessed in service portal. This can also happen for record producers or normal catalog items.

The symptom does not occur on the normal platform service catalog.

Release All releases

Cause The "name" field on sc_cat_item table is not of type "Translated Text" (out-of-box it is of this type).

Resolution 1) Change the field/dictionary type to "Translated Text" of the field "name" on sc_cat_item table.

2) Also ensure that this attribute is present/added in the field:

serializer=com.glide.script.TranslatedTextXMLSerialize
