To access this page, a user must have one of the following roles: itil_admin personalize_dictionary Either role grants access to the $cmdb_health_properties page. However, to update entries in the sys_properties table — which controls certain CMDB Health property values — the user also needs write access to that table. Assigning the itil_admin role is the recommended approach because it covers both page access and sys_properties table updates. Note: The itil_admin role grants access to all applications associated with that role. Review whether this scope of access is appropriate for the intended user or custom role before assigning it.
