Set mobile navigation from a list to record to show the record in Form view instead of the activity stream on ServiceNow Classic mobile app Issue  Description The following steps will show you how you can set the native mobile app to open a record with the form view rather than the activity stream when it is opened from a list.

Procedure Method 1:

In the Navigator, go to System Properties > Mobile UI Properties 2. For the option "Destination when navigating to a record from a list", choose "Form" 3. Save

Method 2:

In the navigator type in "sys_properties.list" In the list, find and open the property called "glide.ui.m.default_record_navigation" Set the Value from "stream" to "form" Save
