Procedure To differentiate between records with the same name, you can add attributes to the variable to allow other fields to display in the list collector as well.

For example to differentiate between 2 users with the same name you can add the user's emails to the options and use that to differentiate between the users you are selecting / removing.

Navigate to maintain items and open the catalog item 2. Scroll down and open the list collector variable 3. Add the following line to the variable attribute: ref_auto_completer=AJAXTableCompleter,ref_ac_columns=email,ref_ac_columns_search=true 4. Save the change.

Now you will see the emails in the list collector as well
