In the Application Navigator, go to Service Catalog > Record Producers.2. Search for New LDAP Server in the Name field.3. Open the New LDAP Server record producer.4. Select the Active check box to enable the record.5. Select Update to save your changes.6. Return to System LDAP > Create New Server and verify that submitting the form now creates the record successfully. Note: You need the catalog_admin or admin role to modify record producers.
