Unable to create new ldap server - Support and Troubleshooting

Unable to create new ldap server Issue When trying to create a new LDAP Server, receiving this message: "You are either not authorized or the cart item is invalid."

Cause The "New LDAP Server Catalog Item" is missing from the sc_cat_item table: https:// .service-now.com/sc_cat_item_list.do?sysparm_query=nameLIKEldap

Resolution Restore the "New LDAP Server" catalog item by importing the OOTB record attached to this KB:
