Survey not triggering with 100% criteria met Issue  On a Domain Separated instance, survey instances are not getting created properly. The trigger condition was set to 100% on the incident table, for incidents in a specific domain, but the survey instances were not getting created.

Cause The trigger conditions were created on a different domain than the one where incidents will trigger the survey. Although the trigger conditions table does not have a domain field, it creates a business rule to auto assign the survey based on the criteria. When creating the trigger conditions on a specific domain, since the business rules are domain separated, the auto assessment business rule will get created in that domain and will not get triggered from other domains.

Resolution One of the solutions is to disable or delete the existing trigger condition and create a similar one on the correct domain. This will create the auto-assignment business rule in the right domain as well.
