Unable to add/edit translation for some keywords like "was" , "updated" , "removed"...DescriptionIt is possible to change/create translations for some expressions/keywords if they are found to be meaningless in the target language. In order to create or change an existing translation : I18N debug is switched on to identify the translation tables according to the documentation article: Display a translation prefix.Once the translation table is identified we query for the keyword we want to translate and try to add/edit the translation.3 Some keywords like "was" can be confusing and tricky to edit. Some keys or keywords are enclosed between parameters like {0} or {1} in the translation tables. You need to consider this while querying for keywords for which you want to edit/add the translation. Example Navigate to any priority 3 incident record and change the priority from 2 to 3.Make sure that your activity filter is tracking the priority field.Check the activity filter and it should display something similar to 2 - High was Priority 3 - medium. While translating your instance you might want to add/edit the translation for the "was" keyword. As a way to do it, you will query the sys_ui_message for the keyword was.You will find the following list for records :/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fsys_ui_message_list.do%3Fsysparm_query%3Dkey%253Dwas%26sysparm_first_row%3D1%26sysparm_view%3D%26sysparm_choice_query_raw%3D%26sysparm_list_header_search%3DtrueYou will change/add the translation according to your requirement but nothing will happen . The translation of this specific keyword can be changed by querying for "{0} was {1}" key instead of just "was".
