Issue Description: If the internal name of a Variable Set is exactly same as the name of the variable inside it, the variable fails to save its value when the catalog item is submitted

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to sc_cat_item.do from the left navigation bar 2. Create a catalog item named "Test Catalog Item" 3. Create a Variable set named "Test Variable" (Internal Name = test_variable) 4. Create a Variable within the variable set named "test_variable" 5. Go back to the sc_cat_item record click on "Try it" 6. Put same data in the variable and submit the item 7. Open the RITM which got created

Expected behavior The RITM will show the variable value in the Variable Editor

Actual behavior The RITM does not show the variable value in the Variable Editor

Workaround Make sure the variable name is different from the internal name of the variable set
