Service Portal page is displayed inside the UI when navigating from Service Portal to Platform UI by URL Description Service Portal page is displayed inside the general platform UI when navigating from Service portal to Platform UI by URL.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login an instance Service Portal page /sp as administrator. 2. Logout. 3. Open the instance standard homepage. 4. Login as well as admin.

Observe after logging in the page navigates to /sp and displays the Service Portal page inside the Platform UI.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
