See that the change on timezone field has not been saved, instead the previous setting shows.Changing the user language instead, the change is saved and shows on the portal.WorkaroundThis is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases. Although there may be differences in behavior between the language picker and time zone picker, this was always intentional for that particular setting in Concourse. The option to change the time zone using Concourse settings is only applicable for the current session, and if the user wishes to change the time zone for future sessions, they need to do so in the sys_user form.Related Problem: PRB1315531
