[Oracle] ORA-01843: not a valid month when using STARTSWITH on a DateTime field Description The Oracle error shows on the top of the content frame in red when performing a specific search on a date/time column type using the search box on the list view.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Login in an Oracle based instance 2) Change the system property glide.sys.date_format to MM-dd-yyyy 3) Add a date field to incident.list (e. g. Created) 4) Go to /incident_list.do?sysparm_query=sys_created_onSTARTSWITH12-14-2017%2020%3A49%3A39

Notice the error show on top of the content frame in Red.
