Using Related list conditions "Equal to 0 / None" returns the record count correctly but does not return recordsDescription Using Related list conditions "Equal to 0 / None" returns the record count correctly, but does not return any records. Steps to Reproduce 1) Activate list V3.2) Navigate to any list eg: problem.3) Add Related list condition as "Equal to 0 / None" selected table records are related to a record on.4) Select a related list from Table selector.5) Run the filter. The record count is returned, but the expected records with 0 related lists are not returned. Workaround This problem has been fixed in late Kingston, London, and onwards. The workaround on earlier instances is to add a nonsense Related List Condition such as: 'Active, is anything', or, 'Company, is anything'. However, List v3 is now deprecated and no longer supported. We advise using List v2 and not activating the List v3 plugin. A more performant and feature complete solution is under development a new list component has been introduced in limited form with the Agent Workspace in London. Related Problem: PRB1263885
