Procedure

Log into the mid server where you would like to Generate the heap dump and edit the wrapper-override.conf. Edit the wrapper-override.conf file and add the following lines at the bottom:( wrapper.java.additional.NUMBER must be next unused number in your wrapper.conf and wrapper-override.conf ) wrapper.java.additional.500=-XX:+ HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError wrapper.java.additional.501=-XX:HeapDumpPath= \agent\logs (Path where heap is generated) Restart the mid server once the following configuration changes are in place. Note:Once you generate the heap dump, make sure to comment out these lines as it will fill up the disk space if too many heap dumps are generated. Applicable Versions All Mid versions
