Custom UI Action is not shown on the Form widget in Service Portal, instead there is a Blue Save button. Issue  Symptoms A custom UI Action is not showing in the portal.

A Blue Save button is shown on the form instead.

Cause When a UI Action has an Action Name of either "sysverb_update" or "sysverb_insert" we expect it to be the OOB Save or Submit button and so we overwrite its name and present it as a Blue Save button in the portal. This is expected behavior and if you do not want your custom button to show as the Blue Save Button in the portal you need to change its action name.

Resolution Change the Action Name of the custom UI Action to be something other than sysverb_update or sysverb_insert since these are used by the system as the Primary save button.
