Cannot submit Order Guide requests. Get message "some fields are incomplete:" Issue  Symptoms The user gets the message ""some fields are incomplete: (...)" when he tries to submit a Order guide request even though user has entered a value to all mandatory variables.

Cause The Mandatory functionality for some variable types is not supported. The variable types that Mandatory functionality is not supported are as follows:

Break, Container Split, Container End, UI Macro, UI Macro with Label, Label, UI Page. Resolution To avoid coming across this issue, do not set those types of variable as mandatory. Those variables may have been set to mandatory by using the variable's "Mandatory" checkbox or Catalog UI policies. See below:
