Activate PPM (Project Portfolio Management) plugins 2. Created a Labor Rate Card for $200 and created condition in the Labor Rate Card to associate to a single user ( using a condition matching both first and last name ) 3. Created a new Demand record from Teamspace 2 4. Created a new Resource Plan for the Demand record and selected 'User' as the Resource Type 5. Selected the exact user that matched the condition from the Labor Rate Card 6. Assigned a planned hour of 5 hours for the Resource plan 7. Saved the Resource Plan 8. Looked at the calculated Planned cost and it was incorrect. It was not using the Labor Rate Card rate. CauseLabor Rate Plan has Standard as the Type which picks up the Default Rate and Not the Labor Rate.Resolution1. Go to the custom Labor rate Card that has been created.2. Remove Rate Type = Standard, It is picking up the Default Rate Code instead of the custom one.
