PA Responsive Dashboard not displaying when the dashboard is selected from the content page dashboard selection drop down - Support and Troubleshooting

PA Responsive Dashboard not displaying when the dashboard is selected from the content page dashboard selection drop down Issue  Symptoms PA dashboard does not load when selected in the drop down box.

Cause In the developer tools on console check for the following error

js_includes_dashboards_2.jsx?

SyntaxError: Unexpected token in JSON at position at JSON.parse ( )

Resolution This error happens due to special characters in widgets name or description.

Check all the widgets on the dashboard and remove the special characters.

Additional Information Please do not directly copy paste name or description from MS word , web browser which adds special characters in the text when creating a widget.
