How to get the purchased applications after cloneDescription Customer has cloned from prod to lower instance and is unable to see the applications which are purchased on target instance .When trying to get the application from ServiceNow Store it is saying as already purchased. CauseThese applications are not active on source instance so they are not visible on target instance after the clone.ResolutionAfter the clone app entitlements seems to have been removed.They can be added again by following the below navigation. Go to Service Now StoreSelect the App > Manage Entitlements > Entitle All Instances or Selected Instances.
