How to Restore Purchased Applications after CloneIssue When cloning a production instance (source) to a lower instance (target), there might be an issue where applications that were purchased on the target instance are not visible. When attempting to restore the application(s) from the ServiceNow Store, the store indicates Purchased. CauseThese applications are not active in the source instance, so they will not visible in the target instance after the clone.ResolutionNavigate to the ServiceNow Store.
