Cause glide.ui.list.allow_extended_fields is the system property which is responsible for allowing base table lists (task, cmdb_ci, etc.) to include extended table fields (incident_state, os_version, etc.), and filtering on extended table fields. If this property is set to false in the instance, from a parent table list or filter, users will not be able to add the extended tables/fields.

Resolution Follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

Go to sys_properties.list Open "glide.ui.list.allow_extended_fields" Set it to true and save the record. Additional Information Since system properties are cached in the instance, you may have to clear the instance cache by entering cache.do in the filter navigator.
