Steps to Reproduce

In an instance on the Kingston patch 7 release: Activate a language plugin, for example, French Go to Incident > Create New Right-click on the header and select Configure > Form Layout Add a new field called " test_list ", type List Save Right-click on the label of the new field in the form, select Configure Dictionary Go to tab Reference Specification click the related link " Advanced View " and use the following values Reference = Choice Use reference qualifier = Advanced Reference qual = element=test_list^name=incident^language=javascript:gs.getUser().getLanguage()^EQ In the related list Choices add entries for English and French: Label Value Language Inactive test 1 EN test 1 en false test 1 FR test 1 fr false test 2 EN test 2 en false test 2 FR test 2 fr false test 3 EN test 3 en false test 3 FR test 3 fr false Go to the incident and add a value to the field using, then Save Change the language to French Note that the field is not translated or showing the French entry.
