Not able to use Stack By LIST type field in Report - Support and Troubleshooting

Not able to use Stack By LIST type field in Report Issue  Unable to stack the bar report based on a list type field. For example, user unable to stack by based on "Watch list" field on following report.

Release Any Supported Release

Cause In general, the Stacked By field is designed to be used by fields that have multiple choices.

Glide List field is not really designed to work with Stacked By option.

Resolution You can make List type field be a selectable field on the Stacked By option by changing its Choice to "Dropdown with -- None --" under the Choice List Specification section on the Glide List dictionary.

After making this modification, save the dictionary record and you will be able to select the field in the Stacked By list. But again, please note it's not designed for it and might not achieve the desire result.
