Steps to Reproduce

1. Import the attached before query business rule . 2. Open 'task_sla' table. 3. Filter the records based on any condition. 4. Try to open one of the records from the list. It opens a blank page because the URL is too long.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.

Possible workarounds:

Instead of clicking on a record from the list, just right click on it, and select Copy URL. Then paste it in a new tab, it will be the short version which will work fine. Create a dynamic filter and move the logic from Business Rule to this filter. Restrict access by ACL, instead of BR. ACL scripts run on each row, thus there might be a slight slowness while trying to display a list. Related Problem: PRB1237839
