Cause Script Include "ChangeCheckConflicts" is missing

Resolution Activate the plugin "Change Management - Collision Detector" which eventually will load script include "ChangeCheckConflicts" and that resolves the issue

Additional Information UI action "View Calendar" has condition "ChangeCheckConflicts.allowConflictDetection(current)", which checks script include "ChangeCheckConflicts" and this script include is part of plugin "Change Management - Collision Detector". This plugin should be active.
