Resolution Run the CMDB Health jobs one by one from 'sysauto_script' table.Monitor the 'cmdb_health_processor_status' and 'cmdb_health_metric_status' table every 10 seconds to see if any class is taking a lot of time to be processed. The class will be matched up along with the 'metric' that it is being evaluated for. Check the CIs under the particular class and see if you can have an 'identification inclusion rule' or 'health inclusion rule' to filter out unnecessary CIs from the metric. To configure the metric threshold, you can go to table 'cmdb_health_metric' and select the metric in question and modify the threshold on the related list for the record. The above method should resolve the issues with CMDB Health Dashboard calculation in general.
