Change ticket - Requested by shows "Guest" instead of the person who requested\created the change. Description Change ticket - Requested by shows "Guest" instead of the person who requested\created the change.

Release or Environment ALL

Cause Session Timed out when the user submitted the change request, causing the requested by to populate with the guest account.

Resolution Working as expected however it is possible to modify the session timeout limit.
