Non-admin users are getting errors when clicking on "Create Tour" and "Guided Tours" modules - Support and Troubleshooting

Non-admin users are getting errors when clicking on "Create Tour" and "Guided Tours" modules Issue  Symptoms Non-admin users get the following errors when clicking on "Create Tour" and "Guided Tours" modules:

1) Clicking on "Create Tour" module:

We are unable to create or edit a tour now because the system is currently upgrading or you do not have sufficient privileges to perform this action. Please contact your System Administrator.

2) Clicking on "Guided Tours" module:

Security constraints prevent access to requested page

Release All releases that use Guided Tour

Cause User is missing the "guided_tour_admin" role.

1) When the Create Tour module is accessed it's checking if the user has "guided_tour_admin" and "embedded_help_admin", or "admin".

2) When the Guided Tours module is accessed it's loading up the "sys_embedded_tour_guide" table list. This checks for the table level read ACL on "sys_embedded_tour_guide" table which requires the "guided_tour_admin"

Resolution Give the affected user the "guided_tour_admin" role.
