Label Hint shows Security message when the field of type True/False is made read-only at the dictionary level (not with ACL). Description Label Hint shows Security message when the field of type True/False is made read-only at the dictionary level (not with ACL). When this Label has value "Hint" and URL, it shows a Hint or Tooltip as " Security does not permit writing into this field."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the instance as System Administrator 2. Navigate to System Definition > Dictionary 3. Click New 4. Fill the Mandatory fields and give the type "True/False", ( for example, take table as incident) 5. Check the Read-only 6. Save the Dictionary entry. 7. Now in the Related list, go Label tab. 8. Open the record 9. Give the values in the fields Hint and URL 10. Save the Label 11. Now Navigate to the Table given in Step 4, here (incident.list) 12. Open any record, make sure the field is in the form if not (configure the Layout to add this field on the form) 13. You can notice that the Label created in step 6 is Blue in color with Help Icon 14. Actual Behavior: The Tooltip/ hint shows as " Security does not permit writing into this field."

Expected Behavior: The Tooltip/ hint should show " "
