Log in to the instance as System Administrator2. Navigate to System Definition > Dictionary3. Click New 4. Fill the Mandatory fields and give the type "True/False", ( for example, take table as incident)5. Check the Read-only 6. Save the Dictionary entry.7. Now in the Related list, go Label tab.8. Open the record9. Give the values in the fields Hint and URL10. Save the Label11. Now Navigate to the Table given in Step 4, here (incident.list)12. Open any record, make sure the field is in the form if not (configure the Layout to add this field on the form)13. You can notice that the Label created in step 6 is Blue in color with Help Icon14.
