MID server does not update JVM memory size Issue

Description After setting the JVM memory size in wrapper-override.conf, you do not see that the MID server memory size is being properly reported in the agent logs by "LogStatusMonitor".

Verify first that you've followed the steps for properly setting the JVM heap size in this KB:

Solution Grab the MID log files Open in Notepad++ Check the file encoding The file encoding should be something other than UTF-8 The MID server requires UTF-8 in order to read the conf files, switch the encoding to UTF-8. The MID server should now be reporting the correct memory value from the override. This can be verified in agent.log and checking LogStatusMonitor Applicable Versions All
