Approval - Group activity gets stuck when using a custom approval script Issue  Symptoms Approval - Group activity is stuck (will not go forward / is hung)

Cause The user had a custom Script which was not working properly

Resolution It was recommended to the user that instead of using this Script: if( counts.approved > 1 ){ answer ='approved'; workflow.debug("inside if "); } That they should use this Script: var answer = ''; //one approval to approve the activity for (var id in groups) { var group = groups[id]; if (group.approved == 1){ answer = 'approved'; } } Doing so resolved the issue for them, as the Approval - Group activity was no longer stuck and progressed to a "finished" state.
